...Not quite. Refining my understanding yet further; These three directives are used by the Schedule and override the Pool directive in the Job or JobDefs, when the job is run by the Schedule. When a job is run from the console, the relevant directive is actually the Pool directive in the Job or JobDefs. You *MUST* have that directive, and you *cannot* override it from the console.
