This has now been encountered by at least one other user and reported on
bacula-users on Sunday by Andrew Ryder.

It is possible to mostly work around it by resuming from the first file
on the next tape as a separate backup job. The file that spans the tape
change will have to be restored from a different backup in which it does
not span a tape boundary.

Any single file larger than a single tape is probably not restorable at
all until bug #0002304 is fixed.
