Hello Sven,
Oh, sorry, I did not look closely enough at the first patch :-(.
Everytime autoconf/configure.in is changed I run "make configure" in the
main directory, which does the aclocal and autoconf. This way, as a
convenience to users, I distribute an up to date configure with the
source code.
Thanks for fixing this problem and thanks for your submission.
Best regards,
Kern

Thanks for your patches. The first two look fine, but there is a
problem with the third patch for configure. The problem is that if
anyone builds starting from scratch from source, configure will be
overwritten when "make configure" is called. This is because configure
is "compiled" from the file <bacula>/autoconf/configure.in. As a
consequence, any changes made to <bacula>/configure must only be done by
modifying the configure.in file.
Can you come back to me and indicate what changes you would make to
autoconf/configure.in?
The first patch contains the changes to configure.in and is technically
all that is needed.
The second and third patches are only convenience patches for you, if
you don't want to manually rerun aclocal and autoconf for your release
process.
Grüße,
Sven.
