Still nothing going out to the bacula-bugs mailing list.

I've left a message in the Mantis forum.

In the meantime, people can alter their account preferences at 
http://bugs.bacula.org/ and select what they want to be notified 
about.

Actually, we could just get rid of the bacula-bugs mailing list. I 
think the new Mantis will take care of that on a user-configurable 
level.  But I'll consider list retirement after I see what answers I 
get in the forum.
