Martin,
In response to your (dig/complaint/question) about sending HTML email, yes
there are good reasons to send HTML email. It does take more space, and I
probably shouldn't have it on by default, but there are times when sending
an HTML email is preferential to the ugliness of plain text. Some of us like
REAL formatting when dealing with clients, colleagues etc.... I'm not one of
the masses that believes email should stay in the dark ages of ASCII only. I
like being able to format lists, make emails that pull data LIVE, etc...

P.S. No reason to start a flame war, but you did ask.
