Neither of these options are supported, and it isn't likely they will be since
the data structures only register that a backup is a Differential and not it
is a "Differential that applies to such and such Full backup".
You might be able to come up with a clever scheme of having two different Job
definitions (different names of course) that backup the same client. Then you
might carefully select what job you want to run based on your own criteria
given above, and thus which last Full you want use.
