We will probably use Bacula to backup system and user directories for Linux. However, our Oracle people are used to Netbackup and they might force us to somehow to continue using Netbackup from Linux. Netbackup runs on Sun. questions: 1) does it make sense to install the Netbackup client for the Oracle needs? 2) can Amanda somehow interface to Netbackup? 3) what other people doing to backup Oracle using Bacula?
