Quite true, but this beta testing is just to find that sirt of stuff. So, assuming you don't read bacula-devel "next door", you should file a bug report at bugs.bacula.org - the problem, as far as I understand, is that there simply is no developer available who can build perfect .spec files for a growing number of OSes in the short time we all would like. Anyway, there was some discussion concerning rpms and .spec files on bacula-devel which you might find interesting.
