You could try to compile libpthread on 10.20, it seems people
had success with it.
10.20 does have threading, but I think it differs from 11.xx's
threading.

The other question would be if there as a chance of building a
non-threaded bacula-sd, which *jumpsupanddown* would probably 
also ease an AIX client.

(And *please* don't ask me to try building a 10.20/11.00 client
any time soon ;)
