i have started job manually and the i am checking the messages i am getting these

job status is showing

really i need help on this why i am getting this error

 

and in my /var/bacula/log is having this

bacula-dir is already running. pid=3937
Check file /var/run/bacula-dir.9101.pid

You can just do;

bconsole
run jobname

or

run

and then select the job name from the list. Your scheduled jobs would
run normally.
