Hmm...OK. I'm still using the environment variable LD_ASSUME_KERNEL=2.4.19 Should I try taking that out? Do I need to get rid of /lib/tls? I've never had a problem before, but maybe this time around? OK...I did that yesterday, but I suppose it's always worth another try. I also did mention that this started manifesting when I switched from using the tape unit to disk-based backup. I have no idea why that would have anything to do with it, but that's when it started. Thanks for your help on this, Kern. I've used bacula for a long time and really like it.
