Maybe you can do this with just one job and let the sheduler "overwrite" the
pool which is specified in the job resource?

 Run = Level=Full Pool=Fullpool 1st sat at 23:00
 Run = Level=Incremental Pool=Incrpool mon-fri at 23:00
