Currently we do it by using the ntbackup tool and letting Bacula backup 
the resulting *bkf file. When you have Exchange installed a different 
ntbackup tool is installed which allows for a complete backup of the 
Exchange server.

Works like a charm, or so we hope, havn't needed to recover an Exchange 
server yet.
