Confirm that you can log in as the bacula user, with the right 
password, to the bacula database.  From the command line.

That is a communications issue between a File Daemon [qualsrv-fd 
(client)] and the Storage Daemon.  Ignore it for now.  Get the other 
stuff fixed first.
