Hello Ankush: I'm pretty sure this is the Client Architeture, not OS one. I 
don't use Windows, but I researched this command do fetch it from the CLI: 
wmic OS get OSArchitecture 
Anyway, did you try Kern's advise of setting a Heartbeat Interval? This is more 
likely the solution to your problem.
