Good morning everybody, a fresh installation of 9.0.4 on OpenBSD 6.2 is giving me various troubles. Amoong other things, the catalog backups fail:
From bacula.log: <myhost> JobId 21: BeforeJob: could not identify current directory: Permission denied <myhost> JobId 21: BeforeJob: could not identify current directory: Permission denied <myhost> JobId 21: BeforeJob: psql: could not find own program executable <myhost> JobId 21: BeforeJob: root doesn't have access to the catalog database <myhost> JobId 21: Error: Runscript: BeforeJob returned non-zero status=1. ERR=Child exited with code 1 A snippet from bacula-dir.conf: # Generic catalog service Catalog { Name = MyCatalog dbname = "bacula"; dbuser = "bacula"; dbpassword = "" } From pgAdmin III: CREATE ROLE bacula LOGIN NOSUPERUSER INHERIT NOCREATEDB NOCREATEROLE REPLICATION; CREATE DATABASE bacula WITH OWNER = bacula ENCODING = 'SQL_ASCII' TABLESPACE = pg_default LC_COLLATE = 'C' LC_CTYPE = 'C' CONNECTION LIMIT = -1; ALTER DATABASE bacula SET DateStyle = 'ISO, YMD'; The whole setup follows widely the setup from another 7.x machine which has been in production for about two years now. Am I missing something obvious? TIA Matthias, Marburg (Germany)
