ok, I changed gpu_mem=16 in /boot/config.txt (since this is a headless
system) and now have:

Swap: 99 0 99
this is more free RAM than all of your systems except fury. BTW: there
is a Raspberry PI with 2GB RAM?? Never seen that before.
But anyway, it does not seem to be a memory issue.
