It is possible use both to edit configs but just beware that Baculum writes out values such as size and duration in basic units such as bytes and secs. It doesn't preserve modifiers such as GB and days.
If you save a config from Webmin that has previously been saved by Baculum, then you will likely end up with wrong values unless you take care to set the modifiers correctly.
