And by the way... 

I tried to set this way : 

  Full Backup Pool = NameOfFullPool
  Incremental Backup Pool = NameOfIncrPool
  Differential Backup Pool = NameOfDiffPool 

But bacula-dir told me that I needed to specify a pool.... So.. I
separated the job in 3 jobs each one with it's pool....
