Hi Phil, all,

These are the enabled jobs from my schedules:

# Standard client schedule

   Run = Differential 2nd-5th mon at 04:30
   Run = Incremental tue-sun at 04:30
}

# Catalog backup schedule
Schedule {
   Name = "Catalog"
   Run = Full 1st mon at 04:55
   Run = Differential 2nd-5th mon at 04:55
   Run = Incremental tue-sun at 04:55
}

# Full backup archive schedule
Schedule {
   Name = "Full Backup Archive"
   Run = Full 1st mon at 10:00
}

Schedule {
   Name = "Volume Cleanup"
   Run = Full mon at 03:10
}

There *should* have been a set of incremental backups this morning starting at 04:30.

No.

1st Monday meens "the Monday in the first week of the month".

A week always starts with a Monday and ends with a Sunday in Bacula.

First week this month only consisted of a Sunday.

You can schedule, for example "Run = Level=Full Monday 1-7 at 4:30".

Or just use the seconds week Monday.

Similar considerations apply for the last Sunday, Saturday, etc. in a month but there's no really good solution for that.

Cheers,

Arno

  But they never ran.  This is the tail of the log:

28-Feb 04:56 minbar-dir JobId 4982: Begin pruning Jobs older than 12 months .
28-Feb 04:56 minbar-dir JobId 4982: No Jobs found to prune.
28-Feb 04:56 minbar-dir JobId 4982: Begin pruning Files.
28-Feb 04:57 minbar-dir JobId 4982: Pruned Files from 1 Jobs for client minbar from catalog.
28-Feb 04:57 minbar-dir JobId 4982: End auto prune.

01-Mar 10:26 minbar-dir JobId 0: Max configured use duration=82,800 sec. exceeded. Marking Volume "FULL-20260202-04:30" as Used.

I've had times before when a nightly incremental just didn't run, for no reason I could discern.  I haven't really paid attention to whether it consistently happens on specific *days*.  The console shows the backups yesterday morning as the last executed, and the Full backups tomorrow morning as the next scheduled.

Does anyone see anything wrong in my schedules?
