Well, Brent can speak for himself, but I am pretty sure he was not being facetious. However, for what it's worth, I do not entirely agree with what he wrote. IMO, if this book was written after he broke the Covenant, it should probably not be read our of mere curiosity. However, if a person has a legitimate scholarly interest in the subject, there is nothing wrong with reading it. On the other hand, I might be personally uncomfortable about including it as a part of an auction to raise money for one of the Baha'i Funds. Mark A.
