What I would say is that "religious exclusivism" is one thing, and "finality" is another. And finality in Islam is alot clearer, more decisive, more emphasized than finality in Judaism or Christianity. In Islam the revelation started coming to Muhammad and THEN there was a community which was the response to that revelation, to the text.
