and in fact they may not even be that good...but rather be the words used by
the noteteaker to remind himself of what he thought he had heard, thence
filtred thru our own understadning of those words.
i recall a specific pilgrim's note from a person kinda significant to me as
my spiritual great-grandmother where a specific tangible item in the disussion
can be (is probably intended) to be read as the creation of the note-taker, but
there is no evidence to support this elsewhere, includinbg from other people
who write their own pilgrims' notes at the same broad time interval.
