Dear all,
Discussing with friends about the cost and utility of the Haifa Baha'i gardens,
I searched for infos and just found this article in the bahai-library.com

The article comes for local press and is a bit different from our usual official
litterature : Here they say that the cost for the "baha'i sect" has been "more
than 300 Millions dollars"...
Does someone has any official sources or references to understand:
- why these gardens have been made?
- who has decided to make it such a priority?
- what is the cost?
