i know of many cases where some concept was passed along in some sense of
loyalty to a teacher, elder, etc., in what is kind of reproduction of the meme
as an confused impulse. this point is made indirectly in ruhi 5 in a cite form
the beloved Guardian about choice being a function of circumstance as well as
motive: if rejection of an error is >>perceived<< as rejection of the holder of
the error, it becomes less easy to do.
