The meaning of 'compatible' is very simple and straight forward: compatible
is not contradictory to the substance or intent of a statement either
directly or by logical consequence.
Definitional issues are important: it is difficult to have a productive
exchange of views if we do not have a clear idea of what we are discussing.
This does not mean all terms are easy to define clearly but nonetheless an
effort must be made to narrow the focal point of discussion. Philosophical
distinctions are especially useful because they often bring to light
distinctions easily lost e.g. unity/extrinsic unity/intrinsic unity.
You write,

i would offer that those are not social laws.
i would offer that thinking they can be produces its own self-subversion,
and this is >>inherent<< in the System--
that when governance defines itself as being able to think, write, or
enforce such laws, the mechanism of disease will manifest and subvert the
governance into extinction."
Why wouldn't they be social laws? Any laws passed by human beings are, in my
mind, social laws. They may contradict nature - but human law does not
always take guidance from nature.
All man-made systems decay and require renewal.
