I don'tknow. I think it might smack of precedential jurispudence for one thing.
For another it is easy to direct folks to existinh letters and decisions as
they were written rather than digesting things.
We havwe plenty of 'FAQ's like Lights of Guidance and cimpilations to refer
folks to.

I imagine there are a number of questions that the House get asked frequently.
I was just wondering why they don't bundle responses to those questions
together and release them somewhere in the hope of reducing the amount of
correspendence. Presumably they get a number of questions asking why there are
no women on the House, for example.
