Law does that... u can't covet ur neighbor's ass, but admiring it, petting it, and enquiring bout its ability to produce offspring, are ok, if u want to. 3. making an offer and receiving an Acceptance. ok, cain and abel both made offers, one was Accepted. 4. having the offer be "earnest"...this is, within the cain abel example, shown by having "valid tender." and the lack of valid tender..blood, being shown as not a true offer, and therefore not being Accepted. 5.proof of specific performance? totalllllly. Qu'ran, from that pov is alll about...ok, I Did My Part...don't lie about what u did.
