No, I said: "..I think that Taherzadeh and others are mistaken in saying that Abdu'l-Baha states that this will be established in the twentieth century. All the texts which say this are pilgrim's notes, .." To be precise, I know of five texts that refer to the 20th century in this way, all pilgrim's notes: The Maxwell's pilgrim's notes, http://www.bahai-library.org/?file=maxwell_haifa_notes&chapter=1 (Lesser Peace by 1953) Esselmont's pilgrim's notes (in first edition of Baha'u'llah and the New Era) (universal peace by 1957) Sarah Kenny's Haifa notes http://bahai-library.com/pilgrims/kenny.html (Lesser Peace in 20th century) A report in the Montreal Star on September 11, 1912. Abdu'l-Bahá in Canada p. 35 (Peace to be universal in the 20th century). Promulgation of Universal Peace p 126 Talk of 13 May 1912 at a Reception by New York Peace Society, Hotel Astor, New York, first reported in SoW 3.8.14, no Persian notes in Khatabat-e Abdu'l-Baha (the twentieth century the century of international peace) Plus, of course, the various Bahai books and letters from the UHJ and other bodies that repeat what is said in these sources: I count those as mirrors rather than sources. I have a blog on this today at senmcglinn.wordpress.com http://senmcglinn.wordpress.com/2009/01/12/centurys-end1/ any additions to the sources I've noted would be welcome. The nice thing about a blog page is that it can be corrected and updated easily.
