The Baha'i Studies Listserv
I found the answer to my own question. The site claiming to be the official
UHJ site is really referring to the supposed Second International Council,
although it doesn't say so. Presumably they neither mention this or names like
Mason Remey because they know Baha'is would stop reading if they saw them.
It's interesting how the site talks about being faithful to the Will and
Testament of 'Abdu'l-Baha yet it begins with a fabricated quote from it.
