The Baha'i Studies Listserv Dear Jeanine, There was a recent court case wherein our NSA sought to enforce and existing court order which prohibited the Remeyites from using our trademarks. This came about largely as a result of a Jensenite website which claimed to be the UHJ website. Unfortunately, the NSA lost this case because the various Remeyite groups were able to argue that they were not successors to the Remeyite organization which lost the original case.
