Not hardly.

The process as you know is very different.  Not the least of these differences 
is the fact that the embryo that develops into identical twins resulted from 
the union of a sperm and egg; and a cloned entity, from an egg in which the 
nucleus of a donor has been inserted.

While this may be only a theological point, it is my understanding the our 
Scriptures state that the soul becomes attached  to the human body coincident 
w/ the union of the sperm and eggs.  That doesn't happen in cloning.
