While I recognize that new religions trying to grow in a society, using an
urban strategy is a good idea. But, they should atleast now if there are some
ironies or conflicts between the religion's values and the values of the
communities in the area.

The Baha'i Faith isn't the only faith that employs an urban strategy. Nichiren

So to the question. Do Baha'is build in urban areas without knowing about this
blindly? Do they just ignore it and build any ways? Do they think building in
urban areas will somehow magically destroy cultures of tolerance and replace
them with cultures of moralism? Do they think Baha'is sermons will somehow
change society (despite not having sermons there)?
