Dear Don,

Such things are culturally determined. In the Islamic world not being fully
covered is likely to arouse a man. Yet for women to restrict themselves this
way has been clearly detrimental to their development. Likewise a woman
going out at night is taken as a sign she is 'asking for it.' We have the
right to the night.

Not so. But I don't think we really talking about action here, are we? You
were talking about what arouses men, not women going approaching guys.
