Dear Dean,

Your question and chastisement was aimed at David, but I like to step
forward and push back against your comment.

During the past couple of months that I've been on this list, to be sure,
I've seen David raise some pretty trivial issues. But that's his right.
And no one has the right to tell another believer what questions they can
or can't raise. Occasionally our wise moderator, Susan, steps in and
points out that some questions raised on the list fall outside of list's
purpose and that's fine. Those interventions seem to work pretty good.

But I find it offensive when we tell another believer what he should or
should not be concerned with. We all are very different, and are concerned
with different things. We should have the freedom to raise those issues,
and I look to our wise moderators, Susan and Mark, to ensure that we
continue to have a safe environment where people feel at ease to raise
whatever is in their heart, regardless of how trivial or inappropriate that
may seem to some other quarters. I trust that moderators will keep us on
task as needed.

Regards,
ahang.
