Has there been any scholarship on social problems within the Baha'i Faith,
such as abusive behavior, corruption of institutions, and mind-control
cults?
Dear Jim,
I wouldn't call it 'scholarship.' Juan Cole has written a couple of articles which to my surprise were published in academic journals accusing us of such thing. Yet his evidence was largely based on hearsay. In my opinion those articles were better suited for the National Enquirer.
