Relatively few. There seem to be two extremes in the academic treatment of the Baha'i 
community: (1) articles and books written by enemies of the Baha'i Faith which tend to 
be one-sides and biased (2) articles and books written by Baha'is which often gloss 
over problems.

In the second category, most discussions of social problems have been very general, 
i.e., focusing on types of problems without referring to specific communities., or 
they have been historical, such as Rob Stockman's books on the early history of the 
Baha'i Faith in America.
