You are welcome sir!

But remember to take off the inner lining (it is effectively useless
as it makes you loose the feel of the fingers and also bunches up in
one corner of the glove within a couple of hours). You may need the
lining if you go on a skiing trip to Simla or the Alps, but surely not
in Bangalore. Without lining, the gloves can dry out overnight even
after a soaking down pour!

So that is why I said, get a tight pair. Then get home and take off the lining.

And as I said, even with lining-less gloves you will find it a bit
difficult to flip switches and all. I remember those first rides outta
town when I wore gloves. I found it so hard that I decided to chuck
them. Handed them to Bijesh who was really feeling cold that misty
morning :)

But besides the safety part, there are several advantages.

1. You need less fingers to grip and blip the throttle. I use just
three (the thumb, ring and little finger)

2. That leaves 2 on the front brake, so much much more brake applyin
power. Without gloves, I need 4 fingers on the throttle and just the
index to manage the brake.

3. Takes out the vibes.

4. Gives you a warm comfy feeling which you will miss without gloves
:D. Not too hot in summer too.

5. Doesn't leave those impressions of the grips on your palms. After
a long ride, you can see those impressions on the leather.

6. Doesn't let the skin of your hands dry out due to the constant
breeze blowing over it.

I use the gloves even when I ride the Wave. No matter what people think :P

Try it out.

Cheers,

Glifford.

PS: I need to graduate to proper riding gloves soon.
