I don't know about what's best but at least one insurance company (Oriental, I think - or maybe New India - don't remember exactly but they insure my car) refused to provide comprehensive insurance last year for my (then) 8+ years old M800 because it was too old. Besides, my father, who owned the car previously decided to pay only 3rd party to save some money, and apparently it's not possible to convert a 3rd party insured car to a comprehensive policy. I don't know if similar rules apply to bikes, but I would go for only 3rd party at least for the CBZ, Fiero and RX. I'd continue comprehensive for the Bull since it's IDV would still be considerable considering it's only 4 years old. Regards, Prashanth
