I have a classic pulsar 150 2006 model. Which has clocked
60k and still going strong . there was a slight modification i had
done when i purchased my bike in 2006. I have extended the clutch lever
mounted on engine.to about 1.5cm. which had smoothed the clutch
greatly. previously i owned a splendor which had a smooth clutch. I am a
mechanical engineer . i don't have the photo graphs now but if some body wanna
see i would love to share that. I was not able to share this thing with you
because i was busy with my job.By extending the
lever mounted on engine you get great benefit of leverage. which can
be simply understood like you can move a heavy weight lying on ground
with the help of long lever or rod the shorter the rod the more effort you
have to apply. If you try this it is good
