I agree. The disc brakes are better than drums. But, the question which is 
still unanswered... Is that extra stopping power required in the nano? Remember 
this is a cost effective solution. If drums are enough, why have disks?

city.If this is so why do the cars come with disc brakes???????????Its simple 
because disc brakes when applied have good power to stop a car/bike at high 
speeds.If you will see 15 years old Maruti 800 you will find disc brakes at
