Ya, mungkin PLN udah punya sumber dana lain....
kira-kira akan diambil darimana pendanaan program dan
operasional yang jelas merugi ini....??
Mungkin pak Sudja bisa analisis hal ini??
Negara kita memang senang banget buang-buang duit....
