Bagaimana kalau saya lagi di Eropa dan disalah satu bandara, ya saya
bisa memaklumi dan banyak pejabat imigrasi ternyata juga orang bali (
maksudku di imigrasi pusat )

Dear Sir,
Please find an Official Letter of Complaint against Mr Nanang
Yunanto, the Senior Immigration Official on Duty at Bali
International Airport on the evening of Sunday September 16th.
The charges we have made are of a very serious nature, and not
made lightly, however, I am sure you would want to be aware of
them, and, hopefully to take some action.
We have been travelling to Bali for many years, and have never
come across such behaviour.
We look forward to your reply, and, at this stage we will not
involve other third parties as it is not our desire to damage our
harm the people of Bali, but, we will take whatever action is
necessary to prevent this happening to other travellers in future.
