Saya juga punya pengalaman yang sama waktu hamil dulu. Ternyata cukup
efektif kalau mengulang-ulang salah satu gerakan di senam hamil yang
posisinya nungging dan melengkung-kan punggung bergantian turun-naik. Kalau
sudah pegel buanget, baru minta tolong suami untuk memijat/mengelus-elus
atau mengguling-kan botol berisi air hangat di punggung & pinggang.


Mudah-mudahan bisa membantu mengurangi kepegel-an....
