Paul I would just like to point out that if it wasn't for Greg tweaking
the code your solution where PldE resigns would have been a worse case
of leap frogging than what did happen.
When you resign for any reason you lose your seniority even if you come
right back within a month or two. So PldE would have to jump over
everyone to get back to his Lt. Colonelcy.
So AdM doesn't have a problem with Leap-frogging as long as it benefits
him. Is what you are saying.
