I suppose that if you decided to split hairs this finely and chose to ignore
the fact
that PldE has served longer in the DG than anyone else, you could indeed
look at this way. You'd also have to ignore the fact that, according to the
original game mechanics, this was the only way of avoiding the alternative -
having Plde sit in the Colonels chair for ever so that the DG became as
moribund as the KM which, incidently, would have meant that there wasn't
even a Captain's slot free for BDP to step into.

No, AdM doesn't have a problem with leap-frogging so long as those being
leapfrogged have previously been _consulted_ and _agreed_ to it - as I
thought would have been perfectly clear by now. Who did BDP ask?
