I
have, after much deliberation and punctuation, decided on the following course
of action to resolve current internal Dragoon Guard
disputes:
BdP:
1. A fine of 440CR for failure to follow
regimental procedure, payable to Captain le Vair.
2. A
fine of 500CR for failure to obey a direct order, payable to the DG recruitment
fund (PldE).
3. A
ban from all regimental functions for a period of 6 Months.
CdC:
1. A
fine of 440CR for failure to to follow regimental procedure, payable to the DG
recruitment fund (PldE).
2. A
ban from all regimental functions for a period of 6 Months.
Please
submit any appeals in writing to me personally.

Whatever happened has happened and I will hear no more of the mix up over Major Blancs promotion as he has now been sent for and will present himself to me as soon as he is found hopefully sorting out the matter once and for all and in future I would appreciate it if all complaints would be directed to my office and not banded around Paris for all to hear
