To: All the Gentlemen of Paris with a somewhat low Social Level From: Grand Ouvert, Captain GDMD Gentlemen, it has come to my attention that during the following month quite a lot of festivities are thrown solely for the members of the Parisian Upper Class. But... where are the parties for *us*, the often forgotton ones, bearing titles like Captain, Subaltern or Private? The ones, who know the *dirty* face of the Front and whose work (ripping the Spaniards 18 hours a day, wading through streams of blood and no hot bath afterwards?) is far too often taken for granted! Gentlemen, I feel that we, too, have reason to celebrate our heroic deeds at the Front. Therefore, feel invited to join me for a little soiree at my club during week 1 and 4. Of course mistresses are always welcome and naturally all costs will be covered by myself.
