My congratulations on your fine performance at the front. Although
the Divisional coordination must have been less than we hoped, you both
clearly did outstanding jobs, as evinced by your promotions. I also note
that although we had some casualties, the level was no more than is to be
expected in the normal course of war.
With your help, I am sure we will have more decisive results in our
favor this month.
