I have spoke with the Colonel regarding this matter and he is moving as fast
as possible on the issue.  Bear in mind all the paper work, unfortunately
most of it from the Minister of State's office [triplicates and even
beyond.. ridiculous], that most be taken care of upon a regiments return
from the front.
